Went in for a pre-purchase inspection of a used car with Jose and am 100% glad I did. The dealership mentioned that the car in question had minor scratches, and that since it passed the dealer inspection, I didn't need a third party review. Jose walked me through in fine detail about the indicators of a major accident (slight drips in paint, hollow sounding quarter panels, and used/damaged bolts). He saved me a lot of money and frustration down the line with his attention to detail.

I am not the type to write a review but after having a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at Mavis, I reached out to this place and they were so courteous and helpful over the phone and even more so in person. They will sit and explain every issue with your car in a way that you can understand and trust and they will not try to sell you things you don’t need. I will absolutely be returning for any future car maintenance and repair needs.
